Commercial vehicle drivers searching for new environmentally-friendly cars for sale may want to consider the latest addition to Peugeot's Bipper range.
The new Bipper 2-Tronic van features a five-speed electronically-controlled gearbox that offers both manual and automatic modes.
PEUGEOT claims its technology makes the van suitable for use in busy urban areas, while it also helps to reduce both fuel consumption and emissions.
In its combined cycle, the 1.4-litre HDi 70 bhp diesel van can achieve 64.2 miles per gallon, and emits 116 g/km.
Car loan customers can pick up the new van, which features electric windows and remote control central locking, for £9,695 plus VAT.
Motorists conducting a Used Car Search may be interested to learn that Peugeot recently supplied a number of other commercial vehicles to a parks and garden maintenance firm in Eastbourne.
The firm delivered six Boxer 335 120 Chassis Cabs to Wyevale Grounds Maintenance, which has agreed an £800,000 contract with Eastbourne borough council.
Wyevale's area manager Time Brewster said the vans were "practical and dependable" – characteristics that may be sought after by those with approved Car Finance.
