I just wanted to drop you a line to say what wonderful Staff you have at Creditplus, especially Tom Hassi.
I have wanted an Audi TT for a few months, and applied for a car loan with Creditplus. I've got to say the whole car buying service has been pretty slick and efficient. He told me what to expect and didn't sugar-coat it to get the sale. I would prefer this than to be told it's going to be there in a week and end up waiting a month!
I've had a bad experience with other car finance companies and told Tom about it and he was Excellent and put my mind to rest. I work in the public sector and know excellent customer service and he has gone above and beyond what I expected.
I believe that good work should be rewarded, so if there is any bonus or reward scheme with you Tom should get it!
Thanks to all of you who have put in so much hard work with sorting out my car finance and finding my car.
I don't know how to say thanks enough, so please could you pass on my appreciation to everyone involved.
I will be recommending Creditplus to anyone who wants a car loan to buy a new or used car.

I’m so ecstatic with the Mercedes-Benz CLK I just purchased from Creditplus that
I thought I have to write you an email!
The service was truly amazing and I still cannot believe how easy the whole process was! The Creditplus team did all the leg work for me, Joe from Creditplus asked me to describe the car of my dreams, I replied a Mercedes-Benz CLK a utomatic with leather, his reply was in his exact words “you will have that in your drive way my friend”.
A few days later Joe phoned telling me had found the Mercedes-Benz CLK that I have always wanted and the car loan would be sorted within the week. Joe was so helpful that he even went to the extent of sending me photos of the Mercedes-Benz CLK from his mobile phone on his day off!!!!!!
By the end of the week I received the car that I have always wanted! Right there in my drive way! All I did was sign a few papers and the car was mine.
By far the best car finance service around!

I 'stumbled' across your car loan website and thought to myself, what the heck, they can
only say no! The following morning I was contacted by the Creditplus team.
Tom Hassi was that point of contact, I would like to say that this was the most
pleasing experience I have ever had with any car finance company. Toms
conduct went beyond the call of duty, he was always curious and polite.
I liked the personal touch of being on first name terms and the manner in which
this professional individual operated.
Tom kept me continuously up to date with my car finance application. Whenever I had a question I could get him on the
phone almost every time, and on the occasion I couldn't, Tom called me back the
moment he was able to. I was never rushed and
not once did I feel that Creditplus was pushing to meet targets and goals. I felt
totally comfortable.
Already I have recommended your car loan company to 2 of my friends both of whom have
commenced filling in the application process.
Finally give Tom a pay rise, he deserves it.

Dear Creditplus team,
I would like to thank everyone involved in my application for car finance to purchase my Vauxhall Zafira. Right from the start I knew Creditplus were the right company.
I had a phone call from a lovely lady at Creditplus called Yvonne, who in no time at all told me that they could help me (thanks Yvonne).
Then I got a call from Oliver Wood. He was fantastic! He spoke to me like a person (not like a child). He explained everything about car finance to me in a language I understood and didn't baffle me with sales talk. He listened to my wants and needs and understood me. Hard to find a company these days that treats you that way.
Anyway, I found the Vauxhall Zafira that I wanted, Test drove it, Olley did all the paperwork over the phone with the dealer for me. Not being tied to the same company who is arranging the finance is a big plus, it gives you some freedom to look around yourself and pick the car you want.
From start to finish only took about two weeks, everyone has been so helpful and I even got a courtesy call from the actual car finance company to make sure I was happy. I am happy very happy indeed!

I hope you don’t mind me contacting you directly like this, however I have to tell you that the service I have received from Luke has been excellent, an absolute credit to your company. He has been 100% helpful at all times, and located an ideal vehicle one which I had not previously considered, which I will collect tomorrow. He was able to find a much better vehicle, lower mileage, younger, and in better condition, with all of the right extra’s at a cost far better than I had hoped for.
